Eddie Zaratsian, Creative Director

After over twenty years of creative excellence at the helm of tic-tock Couture Florals, Eddie Zaratsian continues his devotion to design and soars to new heights with the launch of Eddie Zaratsian Custom Florals and Lifestyle and his new partnership with Restoration Hardware.

It was through helping a friend that Eddie Zaratsian first discovered his passion for floral design and enrolled in the Phil Rulloda School where Mr. Rulloda recognized his raw talent and encouraged him to seek admittance to the AIFD where he became one of the youngest ever inductees.

Time in Europe spent exploring the cities, taking in the art, architecture, interiors, scents and sounds; in awe of the magnitude of creativity, beauty, history and elegance inspired Eddie deeply and he returned home with a new vision of all that could be created in a world of limitless design.

Upon his return to the US, he began truly testing his creative limits; pushing boundaries and preconceptions of floral design, and introducing his clients to a fresh perspective. Like any news in Los Angeles, word of his talents spread quickly and Tom Cruise was soon his first celebrity client. For over twenty years as Creative Director of tic-tock Couture Florals, Eddie Zaratsian has built a brand synonymous with creativity, style, luxury and taste. His A-List client portfolio has expanded. He’s worked with the world’s most renowned celebrity wedding planners including Mindy Weiss, Marcy Blum and David Tutera; has designed for private events at Chanel, the Emmys Governor’s Ball, the launch of the Oprah Winfrey Network, and has been featured on countless television shows and appeared as a contestant on LOGO tv’s The Arrangement.

Since his return from that first European sojourn, he has honored the vow he made to himself there; to return often, to seek the inspired, and to create a world where design knows no limits. Eddie Zaratsian’s celebrated and award-winning designs bloom from a love of the history, beauty and tradition of European cultures and a philosophy rooted in the belief that inspiration is everywhere, as he draws from the well of fashion, architecture, environments, interiors and every-day life.
